Recent Work: We have prepared comprehensive succession plans for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of a Fortune 500 company. We worked with a major FINTECH firm on developing and facilitating innovative talent management discussions to identify and retain junior high potential talent to ensure that the company has a strong pipeline of leaders to meet its upcoming challenges and surpass the competition.



PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Leadership & Management Training

Recent Work: Developed a comprehensive curriculum for a major bank, providing tools, training and development at every leadership phase from individual contributor to new manager to experienced manager to senior leader. Conducted focus groups comprised of a cross-section of employers were conducted to collect input on the curriculum: Senior leaders, Managers, New Managers, and Individual Contributors. Interviewed dozens of executive team members to provide input on the design. Developed curriculum and training modules focused on the key business objectives.
